GUIDELINES

1. Contestants must construct their respective décor outside of their home / school and business establishments.

2. Any fixed décor must have a maximum visibility for the Board of Judges to evaluate the aesthetics of the décor.

3. Concept for the décor should be relevant to Sinulog.

4. Should there be lesser than five (5) entries who will register in this category, it shall be declared “No Contest” and all prizes allocated shall revert to the Foundation.

5. All on-site décor constructions must be finished on Monday, January 11, 2010.

6. Deadline for registration shall be Monday, January 11, 2010.

7. Judging shall be on Thursday, January 14, 2010.

8. The decision of the Sinulog 2010 Board of Judges shall be final and unappealable.

9. Awarding of prizes on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 2:00 P.M at the Cebu City Sports Center.
